If your account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
